What we collect

When you ask for a quote on this website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, the services you are interested in and your message. Some forms also ask about your company and number of vehicles, coverage or film choices. We also record the page you sent the form from and any ad tags on your visit (such as a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags), so we know which ads work.

When you book online, booking runs on Urable, our scheduling system, which collects the booking details you enter for us. When you call, text or email us, we keep the messages and notes we need to help you.

How we use it

• To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work.
• To send updates about your request, quote or appointment, follow up on a quote, and ask for a review after a job.
• To understand which pages and ads bring in customers and to improve the website.
• To keep business and tax records and to meet legal requirements.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, Tint & Wrap MN may send you text messages about your request, quotes, appointments and service, and follow-up messages such as a review request after a job.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our tools for us, and only so they can provide those tools:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer records, email and text messaging system.
• Urable, for online booking, scheduling and invoices.
• Thryv, our customer management system, which also receives website requests.
• Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement (see Cookies and analytics).

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

On www.tintandwrapmn.com, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags use cookies to count visits and measure how our ads perform. When you send a quote request, the Google tag sends Google Ads a protected (hashed) form of your email address and phone number, so we can tell which ads bring in customers.

During a visit, your browser's session storage remembers the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and any ad tags, so a request can be credited to the right ad. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to keep business and tax records, and we rely on the security safeguards of the service providers above. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
• Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
