BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Window Tinting

What tint is legal in Minnesota?+

Ordinary sedan side and rear windows require at least 50% combined light transmission, subject to the statutory tolerance. Reflectance, vehicle class, markings and exemptions also matter. Use our comparison table and the linked statute; a film label alone does not establish compliance.

Read source
How long does installation take?+

Timing depends on the vehicle, existing film and selected coverage.

When can I wash the vehicle or lower the windows?+

Follow the written curing instructions for your film.

How should I clean tinted windows?+

Use a soft, clean cloth and a film-compatible cleaner. Confirm product aftercare instructions before using chemicals or abrasives.

Which areas do you serve?+

We’re based in Prior Lake, MN, and serve Savage, Shakopee, Burnsville, Minneapolis, Lakeville, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, Edina and Chanhassen. Visit our contact page for directions.

Paint Protection Film

Will PPF heal rock chips or deep damage?+

Self-healing relates to minor surface marks under suitable conditions. It does not repair a deep cut, a puncture or damaged paint.

How do I maintain the film?+

Use the installed film’s care instructions and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning. Ask the installer to confirm compatible maintenance products.

What if I notice a problem after installation?+

Contact us for an inspection before attempting a repair or removing the film.

Ceramic Coating

Is ceramic coating a worthwhile choice?+

It depends on your maintenance habits, paint condition and goals. A coating can make routine care easier, but still needs cleaning and does not prevent every kind of damage.

Photography & Video

Can I choose a location?+

Local settings and custom locations are available. Custom locations may carry an additional fee.

When is the best light?+

The soft light around sunrise or sunset is ideal.

Should the vehicle be cleaned first?+

Yes. Please arrive with a clean, detailed vehicle.

When will the media be delivered?+

Allow an estimated 5–7 business days for photos and 7–10 for video. Confirm the schedule when booking.

Can people appear in the video?+

Yes, by arrangement when booking.

What about pets during drone filming?+

Keep pets away from operating drones.
